The ACCC is investigating reports into the conduct of supermarkets regarding their approach in implementing the Food and Grocery Code.
Issues such as limited negotiating power and ambiguous wording have the ACCC concerned that supermarket chains such as Aldi and Woolworths may be abusing their influence to subdue suppliers.
