University returns $1 million grant to Coca-Cola

The University of Colorado School of Medicine is giving back $1 million that was used to establish an advocacy group that played down the link between soft drinks and weight.

Coca-Cola paid the university to fund a group of scientists who urged people towards exercise rather than worrying about what they were consuming to eat and drink.

Several other businesses have also ended their relationships with Coca-Cola.
