The Taiwanese government has announced a Food Safety Office following a recent scandal involving the use of industrial oils being used in food processing facilities, posing huge risks to the community in Taiwan.
Wei-Yin Chun, who controls the company found to have used animal feed in its cooking oil production, was recently arrested due to this scandal.
