The owner of a family business identified as the origin of a salmonella outbreak says he has avoided a “nightmare”, by having the correct food safety procedures in place.
Max Schofield of Fresh Fodder issued a prompt recall of contaminated goods and was able to advertise the recall via in-store notices rather than being forced to advertise the recall nationally.
