The liquidators of failed grain company LGL Commodities may take the directors of the company to court, as they aim to retrieve up to $6 million.
It is claimed that the directors breached section 180 of the Act in relation to duties required by directors of a company.
One of the company’s former directors, Simon Freeman, said that the liquidator’s report failed to include a number of variables including insurance claims and theft of stock.
