Bumble Bee Foods, L.L.C. will pay a record $6 million (US) in the settlement of a case involving the death of a worker who was trapped in an oven.
Jose Melena was trapped and subsequently killed, when a fellow worker loaded the oven with tuna, not realising Jose was inside the oven.
